I have lived and worked across most of the world's top economies across geographies, sectors, markets and industries and delivered solutions for multiple enterprises. I've helped many leaders and organisations to innovate their strategy and business models, engage in new ventures, build high performing cultures, successfully navigate change and deliver business outcomes.
I am driven by systems thinking, design and execution, innovation excellence, business integration and profit growth and have a proven ability to deliver business results. The work I have done has been significant, transformative and nation building. It's made an impact.
The work is often of a critical nature, highly sensitive and specialised. I lead the work and partner with trusted high calibre professionals and consultancies when necessary to deliver the best solutions for clients. Our clients find the model is effective and creates value.
I have a unique blend of cross-sector experience. Prior to founding EJH Group, I enjoyed a successful career as a Senior Partner in a boutique Management Consulting firm, a Senior Executive with Accenture Management Consulting, Senior Vice President APAC Shared Services with Credit Suisse in Singapore, and Strategy and Culture Specialist with the National Australia Bank Group. Past clients include: NAB Group, Credit Suisse, Rio Tinto, Fujitsu, Department of Defence, Department of Human Services, Department of Family and Community Services, Transport NSW, The Smith Family, World Vision and Servcorp amongst others. I have also been involved in start-ups and scaled two professional services firms.
Academic credentials include a Global Executive MBA in International Business from the University of Sydney in partnership with Stanford University, The London School of Economics and Political Science and the Indian Institute of Management.
I am also an Executive and Roundtable Facilitator, Speaker and Coach and have held University lectureships in Business.
I am a strong diversity advocate and am the Founder of “The Stellar Women’s Group”. A group of professional women who meet regularly to share strategic conversation and advance their networks. Membership #100.
